The entire Metro Blinds staff was incredibly professional. They educated our Guild committee thoroughly on our options and gave very sound advice. Once re-opened after the COVID-19 shut down, our product was installed quickly. We are very pleased and will return to Metro Blinds for a future orders.

My first connection to Metro Blinds was with Carol who was very pleasant brought beautiful samples and many choices to select from. She was very helpful. We live out of state and so here off and on. So she also had to consider when blinds would be ready for installing and time it when we were back at our condo. My blinds were even more beautiful than I imagined. Very happy. Kristine was very considerate in helping us to choose the right blinds for our lanai. They arrived in their store within the estimated arrival date and a week later, they were installed in 30 minutes. I didn’t have an “easy” button but it was exactly that. We have enjoyed using our lanai this afternoon when normally it would have been very uncomfortable!
Though more than an hour & 20 minutes late when installer finally arrived during lunch hour , he went right to work & installed the Blinds Had Many installation questions which were All gone over in length at time of order. Had to change plans as it took All afternoon to finish the job.
