I’ve had a great experience here so far. The property is clean, quiet, and well taken care of, and the whole leasing process was much easier than I expected thanks to Lisa. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. She made moving in a smooth experience and was always happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell she really cares about the residents. I highly recommend this community, and if you get the chance to work with Lisa, you’re in great hands.
One of the best parts of living at the Metro is having a neighbor that is post of the maintenance team! During this past holiday weekend, we had a maintenance crisis and our amazing neighbor, Robert Horton, who was not even on call, knocked on our door, evaluated the crisis and then called the person on call with his assessment. Minutes later, Josh arrived worth everything needed to mitigate our crisis. We couldn't be more grateful for Robert Horton and the crew at the Metro on Brady
