I've only been pierced here by Julia, but she has done all of mine (minus my lobes). I was the first medusa she pierced (when she was apprenticing) and she did such a great job it didn't bleed or swell. She's awesome. I always recommend metro �
Piercer was very nice and helped me through both my piercings. Both employees working were still friendly even though it was black Friday 50% off , and they were busy. Thank you, I love my piercings!
The staff here has always been great, expect for one time when I had a shaky experience with a woman who no longer is part of the staff. Dawn has pierced me three times and Julia twice. Both went over everything before, during and after the piercings. Julia had the needle in and out so quick I didn't even realize that she had already put the jewelry in. Also, I've always liked the downtown location better because there's less teenagers swarming.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced, and had a fantastic experience. Julia took plenty of time to explain the process and aftercare. She was so patient when my daughter needed extra time to work up the courage for the 2nd ear.
Metro is overrated. The staff I've can't across was not personable nor were they knowledgeable about most of their products. I've been to the location in the mall twice and the downtown location twice and see the same results. No, thank you.
