RecommendedI've had multiple piercings done at Metro. The room was always flawlessly clean, Dawn and Julia were both careful to make sure my piercings were placed exactly where I wanted, and they were very clear on aftercare instructions.
Had a great experience getting pierced by Dawn. She explained all the steps throughly and walked me thru everything she was doing. Definitely made me feel comfortable. I look forward to getting further piercings done here.

Great piercing experience. Professional, courteous, friendly, well informed and in general just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend any of their piercing services. I had 2 Daith piercings done at the same time and it was low pain, low intensity, and overall very positive.

My wife purchased a pair of earrings that crumbled immediately after purchase. After messaging with Dawn, we were able to get them replaced. The clerk who helped us today was very friendly and understanding of the situation, and even double insulated the box the new earrings were in to ensure safe travel. Thank you!!!
My Friend, my Nieces and Myself went in on Saturday to get piercings done. It was the best experience ever. We all got exactly what we wanted done and are all very happy with everything that day. from the moment we walked into the shop to the moment we walked out there was nothing but goodness. Took my 6yo daughter to get her ears pierced and the staff was very helpful and friendly, making her feel comfortable. The shop was clean and professional, I highly recommend them!
I got my tongue pierced by Julia today and it was super quick, easy, and painless. I appreciated her checking if the piercing was even right for me to begin with and her explaining the process as she did it. Plus she was super friendly which is always a plus. I didn’t grab her name but the gal that helped me do my paper and checked my id drew my name all pretty on my after care bag and it was adorable. I’ll come here for my next piercing and recommend to my friends.
