Horrible, horrible service at MetroEye downtown on Chicago St. They wouldn't let me use my insurance to purchase a pair of sale glasses because they stated, "We wouldn't get back the full amount that the insurance covers". So they tried explaining to me that in order to use my insurance, I would have to be charged the original price of the glasses. Visiting Milwaukee for the weekend when I tore my new contact lens. I stopped in Metro Eye for a replacement and they took care of me and had me on my way in minutes.
I love that place!!! I had my eyes exam done a few months ago and I got a 4 pairs of reading and sunglasses.
