Needs a Manager who cares about tennants. Manager is cheap and the condition of the complex reflects his cheapness.
The new management is MIG Management Inc. Not very good management, we've had a leak in our AC system for the past 10 days, and they have not schedule a repair man as of yet. Unfortunately the maintenance of this nice building has declined a lot since I came to live here.
