I got fired for having my phone. Mind you they let you listen to music or podcasts. & that was the reason I had my phone. They waited til I was off to call my agency and relieve me from the job. First the agency called and told me to not have my phone then a few minutes later she called and said the decided to let me go.they are racist at the company. I was a good worker. I got fired as a retaliation due to the fact that I’ll be going to school starting this month… also my trainer was very rude and blame me for mistakes I didn’t made. In my case they didn’t conducted an investigation, they just called my agency when I was enjoying my day off and rescinded my contract without a warning. On the hiring process they constantly discriminate candidates based on age, language, vision capabilities, etc etc. There’s not chance to get a raise in wage, they will use your time at their own benefit.
