I am from Montana in New Mexico for first time with VW Jetta with spark plug and coil issues. Juan and Company met our needs at a reasonable price. The staff is ever so courteous and full of many answers for your endless questions, they are top notch. Service has been prompt, courteous, professional, and affordable . . .
Drove in with an ailing car and drove away an hour later all fixed up. Appreciated the immediate service, especially as a first-time customer. I'm hooked and will no longer be driving to Santa Fe for my regular maintenance. And I'm grateful to have a local source for repairs should I have something else fail on my car. The friendly staff and friendly dogs were a big plus as well!
My dogs and I are home safely in Chicago tonight thanks to excellent work by Metric Motors when my 2006 Subaru WRX broke down in Taos requiring major repairs. Car is running brilliantly and the nearly 1400 mile trip back was smooth as can be! Thank you!
