Terrible shop! My friend Spent $400 and the 2017 car still doesn’t start. They refused to stand by their work or give a detailed bill. They took a week to do zero repairs but charged my friend even though it stalled minutes after it left the shop 4x different times. I seriously doubt there is an ASE master mechanic on site. They had the nerve to tell my friend to take it to the dealership after refusing to refund.
RecommendedI’m from Oklahoma City and called Dave in an absolute panic this morning - my check engine light was on and we are in the middle of a three week road trip. Dave said he couldn’t get us in for repairs until Tuesday, but if we wanted to swing by, he’d check the sensor light and see we had a major problem on our hands. I like their courtesy, responsiveness and overall professionalism.
We are doing a long trip in South and Norteamérica so we are towing a camper. we had serious problems with the car at the time we arrived to Taos. We needed urgently attention to this isuee and Metric Motors made a space in its full agenda to try to give us a fast and good Service. They did a very good repair for a fair price and we could continue our trip 2 days later. Thanks Juan and your team for a great Job and a great heart.
We were in town for a short weekend when our radiator blew. Juan and Tim were able to fit us in so we could get home. They were thorough and professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Metric Motors recently SAVED me from making a very costly mistake. I had just bought a van from Carmax in Santa Fe thinking they had a stellar reputation. When Luis & Tim showed me what was going on under the vehicle with rust, I was shocked! They explained what would soon be down the road for me with this van. There were pictures taken & Tim wrote up a clear report. With copies in hand and the feeling that the team at Metric had my back, I drove back down to Santa Fe & Carmax took the vehicle back.
