Extremely knowledgable and professional sales staff.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The wait times aren't accurate and when you finally get one of the agents on the phone, they don't know how to communicate. A lot of awkward pauses of silence. They also were not knowledgeable of their products. Called three times. Told two different things about the same product and on the third call they hung up on me. BY FAR , THE METRA RADIO KITS AND HARNESSES ARE VERY WELL BUILT. I'VE TRIED DIFFERENT BRANDS AND SOME OF THEM ARE PRETTY DIFFICULT TO PUT TOGETHER. JUST A WAST OF TIME. WITH METRA EVERYTHING IS VERY EASY. THANKS GUYS KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB INFINITE AUDIO ALARM TINT (956)777-5522
