They have a bad return policy, non existent!!
I really don't have issues with their product, but their customer service is some of the worst that I have experienced! The give horrible instructions for their product and when you try to get additional info, they only want to toy with you instead of answering your questions.

Great company and products! Been doing business with Metra for over 10 years. Take your car to a professional to have their products installed and you won't have problems. Vehicles are not DIY friendly anymore. Great job Metra!!!!
