Worst customer service ever. The individual was short when I was trying to figure it out and actually hung up on me.
Thecnical support bad service they no answer call from Mexico and by the email told me to return back in a few minutes but it is’n true
How can an individual customer review a product that is only available to ( dealers) no eBay sales no amazon availability not even a link on the web site for us poor individual buyers to klick and find a place or a site to buy from ( where to buy ) having found the part number for an installation kit you then hit a dead end because ONLY distributors can enjoy such elusive products . Absolutely terrible tech service. Talked to rep and they told me they would email me an instruction manual then hung up on me. Never got the instructions manual after waiting on hold for over an hour.
I will never buy another’s Metra product again. All hype and zero substance. Poorly developed and zero accountability on their part. Product looked good hanging on a wall, but actually installed nothing lined up, gaps at every point, and weak construction. Have pictures to back it up as well
blown away with rude tech dept. long long waiting time on the phone it says i minute wait time like 20 times and means 1/2 hour.you would think an installers products company that supplys the nation with replacement electronic parts for aftermarket installation could sell me a replacement part from one of there kits that has failed in a two year time frame.huge fail metra.I was told no and doesnt work that way sorry but you can buy the whole kit over again .wow thats a great solution 250.00 for another kit so i can rob it fo... read more
Very unprofessional. A driver almost ran me off the road while in a Metra Online company truck and then proceeded to blow kisses at me. Not a very good look when driving a company truck.
