Called Met Life customer service 6-8-2026. Person couldn't speak English fluently. Very hard to communicate. I called due to not receiving a form to complete for beneficiaries. Never received the form. During our difficult conversation, you could hear roosters crowing in the back ground!! How annoying! It's very unfortunate not having a local Met Life office. Especially needing help filling out forms for life Ins policy.
