If I could leave 0 stars I would. I was beyond disappointed in the service as well as how my nails turned out. I had an appointment with Grace at 5:30 which she personally scheduled. She was initially running behind, so I waited. 30 minutes into my appointment time another customer walks in and says she has a scheduled appointment with Grace at 6:15, at that point she hadn't even finished filling in my nails with acrylic. I stopped by Meticulous Nails while visiting from Ga and I'm impressed. Prompt service, nice atmosphere and my nails look amazing. Thank you again! He makes me wish I lived in Jacksonville.

Meticulous Nails is the best nail salon to come and get your mani/pedis. The techs are so fun and friendly, especially Larsay and Grace! They take their time ensuring that the results of your session are beautiful! I don’t want to go anywhere else for a mani/pedi and/or eyebrow wax ever again! 🤞🏼♥️ Edit on 04/17/2026 — Grace did my nails yesterday and paid so much attention to detail. They are SO gorgeous! And I ended up getting engaged!! 🎉

Let me set up a 9:30 nail appointment … tech Tina didn’t bother to show up. Or anyone else. Door is still locked and lights off. I’ll take my business elsewhere. In response to “sometimes we get stuck in traffic “ reply …five days later …. No one called me about my appointment either. But no worries. Take the feedback and I’ve taken my business elsewhere and will make sure none of my friends and family bring you business either. Have a great day.
