So,I went there today for a facial after calling being informed that there was a promotion for a 60 minute facial for 60 dollars. The facial was great and the technician told me thatvthe promotion will go on till May.When I went to the front desk to pay I was told thatnit was 101.00! Absolutely LOVE this salon! It’s CLEAN- Priced right - tons of options and the staff is great. Always able to get in when it works for me! I prefer natural looking nails that are short. Liquid gel is my best friend! Here’s today’s nails that Liam did. Liquid gel, just clear top coat because I loved the look so much! They do everything here. Regular manicures, Acrylic, Dip, Gel, and Liquid Gel. Probably more, I don’t know. No! I do NOT work here or date anyone here. I simply love to share great small businesses! This place has really gone downhill. I just got a manicure and pedicure and told the manager afterward that the nail technician cut me multiple times, and she said, “this happens.” As a VERY loyal customer, I said that it has never happened to me before. She didn’t offer any apologies for the bad service and charged the full $80 for a regular clear nail polish mani and pedi, which is a much higher price than many other locations. Unfortunately, I won’t be back and don’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appointment and didn’t see that there was a hole deep in my cuticle after the appointment. Two of my fingers were bleeding and the lady kept spraying alcohol on it. I was in pain. Even after almost a day later it still hurts.
