Three times I’ve been here. 3 bad experiences. Today was enough to warrant a 1 star review (0 stars if possible). First time, I was cut by the drill on 2 fingers. Second time, over charged for kids gel manicures ; email sent, no response. Third time, crooked toenails; zero attention to detail. BUT THIS IS WHAT WARRANTS THE REVIEW… This salon has serious sanitation issues. The metal implements were not be properly sterilized between clients. They were washed off in a hand washing sink. I am editing this review. I originally gave Donna a great review, but went there for my sons wedding. Did not get the look I was going for, The visit before I showed Donna the picture and she said "I can do that" then on the actual visit I showed her again and wanted the tips to be in Silver or Chrome, she said she could do that and the colors are the same! don’t go there if you’re looking for good looking nails, they can’t do a perfectly clean French tip nails which is literally one of the basics of a nail tech course , they make sure you spend 40$ dollars on just gel on toes not even a pedicure and they don’t clean your toes a lil bit to make their work look nice and they don’t care they lady’s look like they are forced to be there the owner literally tries to get you to leave a tip I don’t like the service I won’t be going back their prices don’t match their prices their wor... read more
