This google account is my secondary account my name is Veronica. Asked for regular nail polish and refused the gel upsale because my nails are too damaged, everyone looked at me like I had five heads and became cold and reluctant to service me, and I did not enjoy my time there. People should be allowed to go into nail salons and get regular nail polish manicures without the need to explain themselves to the nail tech, and get treated the same way as a person getting acrylics, gel x or whatever. At the end of the day, money is money and I’m paying for a service.

The place was very pretty & clean. I would have given more stats except my nail tech, Holly, was exceptionally rude to me. They ran out of the color I picked which was fine, no big deal. I had another color I liked but she wanted me to go with her color. I said no thank you, I like this color so it works out. She was irritated that I picked a shade of pink that was “much lighter” than she liked. I ended up loving the color I picked out.
