Very professional with the latest in technology
Terrific service from the receptionist. The hygienist gave me a complete examination explaining everything she was doing and answered all my questions. Dr Sivers was exceptional in explaining my situation and coming up with a plan. He is very funny which helps you relax but a top notch Professional. No pressure at all in what I chose to do. The equipment and technology are first class. Everyone made me fell comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Methuen Family Dentistry.
Update: my treatment plan has been completed (it only seemed never-ending, but finally done!). Since then, I've had a couple fillings, and shockingly was able to get them done without novocain (sp?) - had someone told me I'd willingly have fillings done without novocain even 3 years ago, I'd never have believed it. The front office is now running quite smoothly - no issues in ages, and no issues with delays or appointments running late.
