Yesterday I had my routine dental cleaning, the one I get every three months. I found out the sad news that Kathy, the hygienist, no longer works there. She was excellent—such a shame she left. The cleaning was done by Dr. Gorfinkel. I understand that he’s the dentist and not a hygienist, so I won’t be too critical of him. However, what I did find very unprofessional was that he left me alone with a young man who told me it was his first day on the job.
