I recently delivered my 4th child in the PARKING LOT because a labor and delivery nurse claimed I was dilated to a 2 and not in active labor.. her name was Faith and I sure hope she was fired after this incident. I begged and begged for them to keep me. An actual OB NEVER came to check on me because they were “so busy”. I ended up staying in my vehicle in the parking lot and my baby came out 30 minutes later. It was horrific.

Direct me where I can file a complaint. Avoid taking small children here. They’re not fully equipped for little ones. They do not communicate with the parent before taking steps. Doctor misled me on allowing me to drive my child to children’s hospital and then instructed his team to hook him up to an iv and antibiotics so he then had to be transported by ambulance $$$. His case was not life threatening, but I see they chose to go above and beyond $$$.

If you heard how the nurses here talk about their patients and each other behind the scenes, you’d deliver your baby elsewhere. I couldn’t believe some of the things I was overhearing out of the mouths of the L&D nurses. I’m extremely disappointed.

Sadly, I went to this hospital at 5 o’clock in the morning having not been able to urinate for well over 24 hours. They placed a catheter, tested my urine and released me with absolutely no information or any idea of what was happening to my body. 12 hours later, I was still not able to urinate and had to return to the ER. They are now billing me twice for what was all in the same day, but at least the second Provider actually walked into to the room to answer questions (the first Provider just stuck her head in the door and... read more
