We were extremely fortune to find this facility. They were incredible with our daughter's recent tonsil and adenoid surgery. I'd fully recommend their team.....no question.
The entire staff is so nice and helpful. They made me as comfortable as they could. I appreciate everyone of my nurses and my doctor! I couldn't ask for a better team for my surgery! Y'all were amazing! Thank you!
Friend went there today and was treated horribly as these folks demanded $4,000 in payment and refused to give a bill of what it covered. He spoke to the CEO who said they did not have to provide that, that the patient needed to pay the full deductible up front. Never had a hospital do that with me or act that way. Avoid Forest Park Medical in Southlake at all costs!
Bad experience, Nice facility but not nice staff. This just like airport experience... everything need to pay.. just a ship of water cost $2:00.

The greatest hospital and staff we have ever been at. Excellent care and every staff member has a wonderful attitude. And, there is the cafeteria....food as good as any 5 Star Restaurant!!!! Can't say enough about this hospital!!!!
