Just tried to call and make an appointment and while on hold they hung up on me. 🫤
Really sad what happened to this place and the progress we made. 20+ yearsas a patient, insured, there was a snow day, the next appointment I continued to say I probably couldn't make. After making the third appointment they said I cancelled. I called again and was lectured when I asked to talk to someone who has been a provider for 20 years.
I have been a patient at this facility for as long as I can remember and i have never been disappointed they take good care of me.
I've always received great assistance from Dr. Reed, Kelly and Kristen.
