Receptionist- Horrible. Drove around for 20 minutes trying to find the place, finally found it after stopping at a different building asking where to go. Receptionist states you are 10 minutes late- you have to reschedule... I dont think so. This is how you value patients or would have been patients. Nope, stick with CHI/CommonSpirit
Drs and nurses are great! Reception could use an attitude check.
Went her for year's was normal doctor and normal clinic until recently, good luck trying to get a doctor's know they rather blame you for your health issue's my family and I will go else where after being blamed. It's a business, treat your customer's right.
