Can't get anyone to bother responding to appointment requests through the portal. Tried twice and have been a whole month apart.
Waste of time. Tried to send me to the Emergency Room. I told the Nurse Practitioner I had strepthroat. She agreed an hour later and a phone call to a real Doctor it was ER time.The test takes five min. for results to return neg. Isaid its always neg. Give me the antibiotics I'll be fine. She said no. So I left. The clinc on west broadway. Gave me the same test the next day. NEGATIVE again but prescribed the antibiotics and explain the test is wrong 50 percent of the time.8hrs later I was feeling fine. Swelling went down and... read more
Horrible place! Will never use this dr office again and sad a dr and nurse don’t even acknowledge a 15 month old trying to interact with them?!? Ur supposed to be primary care. Not to mention lying about calling me “many times” and I have 0 voicemails and missed calls then being rude to me?!? Do better!!!
Jill is always amazing.I haven't met anybody at this clinic that isn't anything but professional courteous and kind. Whenever I have to see an associate doctor I have full faith that they know exactly what they are doing.
