Pathetic, got charged multiple times for the same thing, was overcharged due to their billing department not knowing how to code things properly. Had to have agent from my insurance company get on the line to tell the Methodist billing department how to send the bill in properly coded. Even then the gal at Methodist was arguing with the insurance lady saying it wasn't correct. 🤯🤯 Seems like the only thing this place is good at is double billing your bill and NOT PROPERLY sending in your statement to your insurance Company!... read more
This place seems to not only not know how to manage INR, they don't seem to care much either. I was out of range for almost 6 weeks because they refused to properly adjust my medication. Also, you can't make an appointment. You have to go in and just sit and wait. Sometimes for almost an hour.
I worked there for 14 years. It has an amazing staff of caring people.
This place is pathetic, how any of them have a license is beyond me! Totally unprofessional.
