I'm having a c-section this Monday and I was supposed to receive a phone call to schedule my covid test which I have to have done 3 days prior to the procedure. Well as usual nothing. Now I'm scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. As usual shame on you Methodist shame on you.

RecommendedTreating my son for COVID 19 and they are some of the best Doctors and nurses. He is getting better every day. Praying for BJ and all of the front line workers. One of the worst ERs I’ve ever been to. The triage nurse ignored my allergies and I was given a medication I’m very allergic to. This was in April. It took until the end of August for the “quality” department to review. Their verdict? That I didn’t tell the nurse my allergy. (Not the case). Avoid this ER at all costs if you want proper and compassionate care. HORRIBLE customer service.
Horrible experience! would never recommend this hospital. showed head broken, bathroom door handle broke, bed broken, and charge nurse was an awful person with no compassion what so ever.
