Had to stay overnight for several days and it was as pleasant experience as it could be. The whole staff really took great care of me and the food wasn't half bad. Though never could seem to consistently get the ice cream I requested 😂
Choice this hospital for my surgery because my surgeon prefers their OR staff and they do not have a lot of staff turn over I must say everyone was very nice but the reason I won’t return is the lack of attention/ nursing care I received when I got to my room That was truly disappointing. My doctor wanted me to stay a second night but I refused The floor nurses may be kind/polite but lack patient care and the TLC nursing requirements that we all need especially out of surgery They kept putting all lights on during the night ... read more
Horrible experience in the ER, still sitting here with my elderly mother who is having trouble breathing, with COVID symptoms. At this point if she does have it I’m sure about 74 other people who have come and gone have been exposed as well. Literally the worse treatment in an ER I’ve ever experienced.

I will not be back. They dont listen to what your issues are. When I came for a follow up they told me they wouldnt see me because I didnt have the prescriptions that I was perscribed before. I demanded that I be seen. Ive been having medical scares and issues and you tell me you wont see me because I didnt bring in bottles? You have my chart you know what was perscribed so why do I need to bring in the bottle. My husband was a firefighter at Mansfield Fire Department 5 years ago. While on shift one day he ended up in the ER as a patient for what should have been a workers compensation case. Now, 5 years later they are billing us over $5,000 because they claim they couldn't find his insurance information after workers comp was denied. Even though it was given at time of treatment and he had been a patient their before so they 100% had it on file. We would have owed nothing with the insurance we had at the time since he was FD but I... read more

I'm having a c-section this Monday and I was supposed to receive a phone call to schedule my covid test which I have to have done 3 days prior to the procedure. Well as usual nothing. Now I'm scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. As usual shame on you Methodist shame on you.
