Used to receive good care and respect, my last visit I was treated like crap by one of the nurse practitioners. Asked for phone number to file a complaint and was told it doesn't matter since I will no longer be allowed to be a patient there. Guess that's one way to keep complaints low. I will never seek care at another Methodist facility after the way I was treated here.
