I would not recommend Dr. Mark L. Reed. The wait time is ridiculous. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:30; they finally called me back around 2:15. Dr. Reed came in to see me around 2:45. I couldn't believe the long wait. Not only did I have to put up with him being late, but he was extremely rude & unprofessional. I could not believe the things this man said to me. I nicely put him back in line because I don't tolerate being disrespected especially when I am paying you to do your job. I am currently looking for a new prim... read more

Dr Baker is always professional and courteous. The only complaint I have is the time it takes to see her after checking in. Southwind is a large practice and the wait to go back to see the physician can sometimes take more than an hour past your scheduled appointment time. I feel rushed when I do see the doctor and often forget any questions I wanted to ask her. So take something to read or do during your wait and write down everything you want to say to the doctor
Dr. Baker has proven to be very professional, thorough in her diagnosis, treatment of all patient concerns Dr. Baker has been my personal physcian since 1995. She ordered the correct tests to identify "LUPUS" and I shall be forever thankful to her. She has been given a wonderful gift. Thank you Dr. Baker
