ER care was poor at best but their billing department takes the cake. It's one bad experience after another with this place. I can't even talk to anyone that is not trading of a script and reciting policy after policy. This place is about the money not the patients.
My mom got a surgery on right knee in 2013. She is happy now and today she is going to be operated on left knee. Thanks Dr Howell and Dr Steven Barad and all staff of this hospital.
