My brother was flown from White County in need of emergency surgery after which he was in Cardiovascular Critical Care and then a regular room for a total 6 day stay. From the Lifeline crew to the surgical team and all involved in post-op care the quality of services provided was phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Horrible horrible you would think they would get the patients that’s fast track out sooner but they make you wait say u can’t breathe or chest pain to get out quickly
I am giving one star for the reasons below: The medical staff here are extremely pleasant. Extremely professional. I am really shocked at how filthy a hospital is. My mother was in the ER Room due to trauma and nobody came in to clean. It looks as if they never clean!! The bed in which she is laying in has dried blood and an inch of dirt on it. The floors have dust bunnies all the way along the walls. There are caps off of needles on the floor along with other trash. Dried mud and who knows what else it is dried on the floor... read more
