It is not to hard to get in and out with my ambulance
Extremely disappointed - went there for urinary issue. Wait time was a little long but that is not the issue. Was there 4-5 hours. I was set up with an IV they never used, gave them a urine sample that was never sent for a culture, and was discharged without me signing a discharge form. Wonder who might have signed my name. Not impressed and wonder how much was charged to insurance on services not performed.
My brother was flown from White County in need of emergency surgery after which he was in Cardiovascular Critical Care and then a regular room for a total 6 day stay. From the Lifeline crew to the surgical team and all involved in post-op care the quality of services provided was phenomenal. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and easy to navigate.
