I went there with chest pains and was pretty nervous. The medic Ronnie was great, he reassured me that I was ok and we had a good laugh (although painful) about his ID card picture. The staff are dedicated to their field.

Everyone from pre-op to post op was professional and pleasant. I have nothing but 5 star WOW's for the entire 9 South Neurosurgery staff. They were so awesome seeing me through what for me was the most challenging surgery/injury I have ever had. I have worked at Methodist Hospital since 1984. Suffice it to say being a patient on the other side is really an eye-opener. I came away with so much respect for the 9 south team. Thank you all for your patience with this impatient patient!
Caring & professional care from Pre-op through overnight stay on 9th floor neuro. The best care I've ever had during any hospitalization.... coming from a "crusty old nurse" who used to work there. Keep up the good work !!!!!
Horrible!!! Your ER nurse manager was rude and obnoxious. Your rooms full of chairs for patients in nasty and totally lacking privacy. BTW....That is what HIPPA is meant to protect. We could hear everyone's business. The worst ER I have everseen!!!!!
