They got a 1 only because I was forced to put at least a one...but really a negative 3. Family member was there in a crisis situation, and I used to be a nurse there....down played that and asked questions....the nurse was brash and rude...stood half in and half out of his room like we had cooties ...he waited an hour before I got there for meds.....confirmed by the guard in the hall...and i was there 40 minutes...no meds...and no meds, lunch or dinner all day...I would like to wring that nurses neck!!!
