I went here a handful of times for various imaging and always found the staff to be friendly, and the technicians always made me comfortable. It was generally possible to get appointments quickly. Results were available soon after, normally within a couple of hours via the portal.
I had a pleasant experience with everyone I encounter expect the technician that did my mammogram. I didn't get her name. I wish I did because then I wouldn't be driving 20 miles to get a mammogram this year, in order to not repeat the same experience. Have you ever saw those hidden cameras in a nursing home? The one where the nurse is pulling and pushing and talking so down to the patient like they are garbage? That was my experience with this technician.
We had to visit this place unexpectedly last Thursday morning. We didn’t have an appointment and I was dreading going. My dread was unfounded & I have nothing but pleasant things to say about this business. We had the dr order so we didn’t need an appointment. Everyone was extremely helpful and the person who actually did the X-rays did a phenomenal job with my client. She didn’t have to take her necklace off nor get out of her wheelchair.
