Shouting great job to nurse Malissa in E.R. on Sunday November 16. She provided me with presidential care!!!!!! Although I'm going to request to be transferred. She has a great bedside manner and she created a very positive atmosphere for me.
I was at the Outpatient check-in for a CT scan. They had so grossly mangled the pronunciation of my name that I asked them to double-check they had the right patient and the right records. She did, but said it didn't matter. When the check-in person went out to photocopy my license and insurance card, I heard her griping to the other workers about how rude and arrogant I was. I think I was in my rights to ask her to verify and I was not rude. She certainly was, all through the check-in. Isn't it a violation of patient rights... read more

Horrible service!!! This hospital absolutely SUCKS!!! Never again, My mother has been here for almost a week and the entire time we have had about 3 nice nurses. They take their precious time when tending to a patient! The service in the emergency is way better then the actual hospital part. They are rude and dont dare tell me they care about the patients here because they don't. If your looking at a hospital to go to, DON'T go here. They dont even deserve 1 star!
Worst hospital ever nothing more to say other then they suck and are very unhelpful and all need to be fired NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN EVER

I wouldn't take a dog to this hospital! It should be called the Roach Motel! Everyone I knew checked in but they didn't check out! Alive anyway! Sorry for the language but I am beyond PISSED! My child been here since 12 noon, no one contacted me until after 4, the lab work (blood) They took when she first got here is still on the table in the room with us, we are still in the ER ans they told me before I arrived they were admitting her! Smh!
Best place to work at. And most of all, the money is great.
