I love working at Methodist Charlton Medical Center. We are a family of caring professionals.
They were quick with my kids. They had some kind of bug bites. The school said they couldnt come back untill they see a doctor. They gave us a doctors note and we didnt have to ask. I had to go in one time for some G.I. issues. They said they would refer me to a gastrointeroligist. Never did. I just moved here from Michigan so Im still learning my way around, and the difference in things.
The labor and delivery rooms are very uncomfortable for the family. The chairs are horrible and there is no place to rest. We have been here for 12 hours now and a comfortable place to rest for a while would be great.
Almost everyone we were in contact with was kind and thoughtful and tried very hard to make my husbands stay comfortable. There were a few times we would have liked better communication from the doctors but some were in such a hurry to get out we didn't get much information. We are grateful to them for their expertise. Cordially .
Although the hospital isn't brand new and completely updated . The staff , nurses, and doctors have all gave me a wonderful experience in labor and delivery everyone was really nice and always helping answered all my questions and helped me as soon as possible my husband also enjoyed his stay and felt comfortable. I would definitely come here again and really recommend Dr.Vaughan he's awesome.
After waiting over four hours at Parkland's ER, I went to Methodist and from check-in to discharge it was an hour and a half. Everyone was SO nice, the atmosphere was pleasant, calm and inviting. At Parkland my emergency was not an emergency compared to other patients At Methodist they took patients in the order they came in and treated everyone like their visit was their most important priority. I will go nowhere else for medical emergencies from now on!

Thanks for being there. My wife is donig very well. She'd happy so am I.
I want to think the staff on the 5th floor of tower A(room 5110). They were great to me and made sure I had everything I needed. This was my first hospital stay ever and they made it a lot easier. I had a few great nurses but Neda, Jonathan, and Samile where just wonderful. The tech Veronica kept us laughing. Thank you so much for caring about me.
