Akhmed, and Alec the owner, were both out to my house on separate occasions. My refrigerator’s ice maker went out and it was replaced and a valve and more importantly, a wiring harness repaired. It was a very difficult problem and required several visits and an above the ordinary expertise. Can I say I LOVE METEOR APPLIANCE!!! After calling several appliance repair places to find how ridiculous their fee was just to get a quote, I started to regret ever getting a Thermador. Then Meteor Appliance popped up in my search. I figured I would give them a call. When I called, Anna was so nice and listened to my story regarding my search to fix my stove and when she told me what their fee for a quote I said “book me an appointment!” The Guy was on time, professional and nice. They were kind and professional, and they fixed my washer. I recommend them.
So my dishwasher door made a cracking sound and the door opened way too fast. I called Meteor and they scheduled me on the same day. Nick pulled the dishwasher out and saw that a plastic pulley has broken. He recommended replacing the pulley system and springs on both sides. He gave me the option of only replacing the one pulley. I chose to replace both sides. Three days later the parts came in and Nick quickly replaced the springs and pulleys. Meteor is quick to respond to my calls and texts. I recommend them.
Akmmed did a wonderful job fixing my washer and dryer. Very professional and responsible. I would recommend him to all my friends.
