Poor service!!! No response staff at the office..
I have lived here for 16years and this building has gone to the dogs. The Resident Managers are extremely rude and un-co-operative. I would not advise anyone to live here. Way too many roaches and the tenants leave their garbage on the floor in the garbage chute, and nothing is done about it. People park anywhere they want. There is no one to talk to about how unruly the kids are. They break things and dirty the floors constantly and sometimes the press every button in the elevator so that the elevators are slow. I am in awe that people in these reviews think this place is in any way clean. Living here with my parents for 2 decades showed how much this place has evolved from being a clean, welcoming community to being an apartment that is dirty with poorly socialized residents that consistently keep the elevators and hallways dirty, not to mention how bad the lobby gets throughout the day with kids leaving litter all over the apartment. It’s a decent place to live, but there are issues with water supply, electricity, and the elevator. Most of the time, there are notices for water and electricity repairs, so we have to go without these services until the issues are resolved, which causes a lot of inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the elevator is frequently out of service, making commuting harder during busy hours. There are many facilities nearby, such as supermarkets, gyms, hospitals, and bus stops. This makes this place decent to live.
