If I could give less than one star I would. I’ve lived in multiple apartments around the HRM over the last 12 years. I have never encountered so many issues as I have here. Starting off strong, we got bed bugs for the first time living here. Building manager tried blaming it on us because I take the bus. Wouldn’t treat the entire building. Come to find out, the unit next to us was using it as an Air BnB for new Canadians! They brought in bed bugs and cockroaches. So we have those infestations currently. Metcap.. if there is a slum lord , it's this company Wait months for anything to get fixed
Shitty management, very run down apartments and the managers don't care if you complain to the head office either. Would not recommend even as a last option.
