I am currently living at 35 Greenbrae Circuit, and I am very concerned about the state of the building. The building is not well-maintained, and there are several issues that make it unsafe and unpleasant to live in. I resided at this apartment two years ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The unit suffered from excessive dampness, particularly during the winter months, which led to significant discomfort. Despite my repeated complaints regarding the issue, there was no adequate response or action taken by management. As a result, I was forced to discard all my furniture upon moving out, as it had been severely affected by the persistent moisture in the unit."
