I am currently living at 35 Greenbrae Circuit, and I am very concerned about the state of the building. The building is not well-maintained, and there are several issues that make it unsafe and unpleasant to live in. It is dirty, and there are many dogs, which contributes to a bad smell throughout the building. The building's superintendent is not approachable or active in addressing these problems. Live is terrible there
I resided at this apartment two years ago, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The unit suffered from excessive dampness, particularly during the winter months, which led to significant discomfort. Despite my repeated complaints regarding the issue, there was no adequate response or action taken by management. As a result, I was forced to discard all my furniture upon moving out, as it had been severely affected by the persistent moisture in the unit."
