Amazing experience! #1 Hair Salon – OMG! What a fabulous experience! First off, let me tell you that I work hard for my money(I'm sure just like the rest of you) and when I drive into Monterey just for a haircut it better be worth it. Love this place!!! – I went to Whitney for a wax and Jasmine for a haircut and highlights...loved both of them! Whitney was sweet and personable. Very comfortable environment. Jasmine and I were completely on the same page. I've had the same drab haircut forever and she gave me some ideas and I came out of there with the best haircut I've ever had! She was great, funny, nice, and very professional. This place is great!!!
Lana is Great – I've been going to Lana for over 2 years and have never been disappointed. She just moved into Metamorphosis and does hair wonderfully. She will not disappoint. My favorite part is that she'll go in before 8 a.m. if you need to get your hair done and go to work. Very accomodating.
Tammy knows hair! – Tammy has done my hair and color for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She is very good at listening to what I want and need and I always have good luck with her product recommendations. She keeps up on current techniques and scientific advances with regards to haircare, she is great! I tried several different salons after moving here before I asked someone on the street who looked great, where they had their hair done. I've never been sorry!
Tammy is fantastic! – I have been getting my hair cut by Tammy for the past eight years. She is truly a professional, in every sense of the word. Not only does she own and operate the shop, but she services her own clients and also does a lot of teaching of other hair stylists, both at home and out of town. Tammy is nationally known and respected for her outstanding expertise with all types of hair. Try her. You won't be disappointed!!
Great Independant Salon – Being new to the area and need of a cut and color, I tried metamorphosis based on the reviews here at City Search. The salon is modest but warm, casual and welcoming. I am not someone who enjoys commercial salons so this was right up my alley. Art Rocks! – Art is the best thing that ever happened to my hair. He gave me a modern, fun cut that reflects my personality and makes me look fabulous. He's very engaging and fun to talk with throughout the visit. He also knows how to work the hair so that it makes your natural beauty look even better! I will not go to anyone but him from now on. The prices are very reasonable for the level of expertise you get!
