This place would be significantly better and if properly managed by staff with actual CNC experience and if they focused on hiring skilled American Machinists rather than training unskilled labor to be operators.. I worked here for about a year. All the machines had severer crash marks, every single collet was damaged from improper use , and every single er holder had the collet lock broken because these guys didn't know how to lock the collet in the nut properly.
