It's not been a good experience. Can't reach anyone. My work schedule is long and when I am free to talk to you no one is available. Not impressed
The installation was quick & the installer was polite & took the time to explain & answer any questions we had.
The Tech as pushy as to where he wanted to put the router because he just wanted it to be in the basement for it to make it easy on him to install. That is t where we wanted it located. We wanted it located where our current router is. After that conversation he went outside and determined that we are in âtoo woodedâ of an area and wouldnât be able to get service anyway. I felt like he should have determined if we were able to get service before we all waisted our Saturday Morning.
Great technicians, very friendly and informative.
Scott, the gentleman who came to install our internet service was on time and very professional. He answered all our questions and stayed to make certain that our service was strong throughout our residence. He made some suggestions which may contribute to improving our reception, non of which the company would be involved with and profit by. We will gladly recommend Metalink to anyone seeking service.
I have only spoken to you to set up an installation. That will be completed on August 27th, but so far everything is great!
Worse Internet I've ever paid for
From the start it was money Money. And the service is terrible. So slow I cant stand to be on it. And the teck support LOL seriously they told me they cant help me?? I am so disappointed and it cost so much to get it set up I can not afford to get back to my old server that was awesome in comparison. I turn it on and have to wait forever for it to boot up. it is so slow and I didn't get the slowest service. Help!
They worked with me to work around my schedule. They were quick, efficient, and polite.
