Iâve been a customer for a few months now and so far they have been a great provider for internet service. Quick turnaround on a response back when I initially inquired about service. Accurate information provided when asking about what level of service would be best suited for my household. And quick turnaround on scheduling for installation. I always said the worst part about moving out into the deep country would be losing my fast internet, well, not anymore. I spent the last 3 years out here in the country with sub par internet service (DSL). I was suppose to be getting 10Mbps, and in reality, I was getting like 7Mbps. Wife and I could not watch 2 tvs in 4k, heck, we could not even watch it in 1080p. was an easy change have had no issues to date
We're new with metalink and it seems as if every week we're having a issue with the service. Ive called a couple times already and one day it was all phone tag, i finally had to call a manger and got assisted. Customer service and the service itself could be much better, especially for how much you pay a month. Not very happy with not getting a bill each month or at least a statement either since it gets directly taken out of our account.
