Metalink installed our new internet service the end of November with awesome download speed as advertised. Within the last 3 weeks the download speed has been between 1and 3 depending on the time of day. My guess is the more people who are added to the system the slower the download speed. This is the same issue we had with our previous provider and forced us to get personal Hot Spots. I given metalink until the end of the month to fix it or we will discontinue our service. It took 2 appointments to have it installed. They had to have someone come out to look for ground wires. At the second time, they installed it in my yard, about 75 feet from house. I had to bury the cable myself. No one told me that they wouldn't bury it. Or someone else would bury for $65 hour. It does work very well. Very happy with it so far. I've had it for a week now. Hoping it stays that way.

Buffering issues every night even if streaming just 1 TV. Have had a tech out to move to different signal but still have problem. Nephew down the road same issue just not everyday. They say they are working on it. Giving them the benefit of the doubt as of now.
