Terrible experience I worked here 3 days as a welder they just throw you out there and rush you like a slave with no training or anything definitely a sweat shop you definitely don’t wanna work there as a welder the lead man is very disrespectful doesn’t care bout anything but slaving you the foreman just sits in the office and watches you on a camera all day very micromanagement the foreman definitely needs a drug test he smells like liquor on night shifts
I work there for three years and love it great people ❤️❤️❤️
It's a great place to work for. I'm a field welder for M.B.I. They make sure we get our hours and help employees move up even outside of work
Their bathrooms are fairly large, neat and clean. Great working environment.
