All of the staff is so supportive and friendly! I'm only a month in and have lost over 10 pounds! It does take some planning for my menus, but is well worth it.
Loved the program and the people. They were always so helpful explaining products, suggesting how to make them interesting. Innovative ideas for menus. When i ran into a spell where I wasn't making much progress, they offered encouragement and ideas to break the plateau.

I'm very excited to say that this program actually works.. Coming from someone that has tried everything and not have it work! I'm seeing the pounds melt off.. Almost down 15lbs in a little over a month!!! I recommend MRC to everyone that has struggled with weight loss in the past!
This place may have good points but no time management, dont answer questions about products, and refuse to answer questions clearly about their program.
