RecommendedI tried 100’s of things over the years and nothing worked. I love this program you get to eat your own food and the protein shakes are amazing. I love all the 1 on 1 help and support. This is also a judgement free zone! Love the program and the people!
MRC is a great place. The employees are very uplifting and encouraging as you go through your weight loss journey. They are definitely your accountability partners but with a smile, and a genuine caring personality on how to best help You.
I love the staff. They are my best cheerleaders! I don’t have a single complaint about MRC. I haven’t even been on program for 2 months and I’ve already lost 20lbs!
MRC has been wonderful for me. I need help with discipline, and they have helped me so much. The staff is so upbeat, and caring. They want to see you hit your goals and keep going. They all are so encouraging and Tamara is always so inviting when you walk in the door.

MRC has been so helpful in my weight loss goals. I just have my 6th kid in 10 years & the pounds have added up. What I love about MRC is how friendly & personable the staff is, how they focus on creating a healthy lifestyle (not just the numbers on the scale), & the emotional support from someone who understands my struggles. They are super positive & don't let me get down on myself, giving me recommendations & moral support. I am so happy to have MRC as an option.
