The staff is so incredible. Weight loss has been a life long struggle for me. Without the support i get from MRC I couldn't do it. I'm 15 pounds down and not through yet. The diet plans are Easy to follow the cookbook gives me plenty of variety. Simple, tasty recipes. Thanks MRC you are the best.
I I enjoy not having to pay dues now and getting to alternate between the vitamins and protein drinks I need to buy (they don't run out at the same time.) The staff has been knowledgeable and encouraging. I'm a month-and-a-half in and I've lost 16.5 pounds so far. The treats made by a staff member, Tamara, and put out for us to sample yesterday were delicious; they all came from the Metabolic Research Incorporated cookbook, which has me really excited about creating some at home.
