This is a place to feel at home and learn about yourself, nutrition, and how to live your healthiest life. It may feel pricey at the start, but truly an average week of food budget for me is much lower even when including the supplement costs. I am VERY glad I am working with this program and with the team at the FWB office. :-)

TWO years ago I joined Metabolic Research Center & lost an incredible 44 lbs & 53.5” between spring break & summer (pic says 40 but I ended up losing even more on maintenance)!
