RecommendedMy Dr wanted me to get a thryoid biopsy so I called around and this was the ONLY place out of 5, that actually picked up their phone. The front desk gentleman was just sweet as pie, they were able to schedule me quickly. No one wants needs in their neck, but Dr Mazza's bedside manner was soothing and professional. The small talk distracted me and I was in and out quickly with a little bandaid on my neck. If you know and love "old Oviedo" style of customer service, this is the Dr to see. Thank you for the amazing care!
After spending 20+ years with an endo that did not care about what is best for me, I am so grateful that that is not a worry with Dr. Mazza - she is very patient, attentive and wants the very best treatment for my needs which is a blessing!
