I went to Dr. Lee for chronic lower back pain after years of trying multiple treatments and getting MRIs and X-rays. Unfortunately, this was one of the most uncomfortable medical visits I’ve had. She was dismissive, robotic, and lacked basic bedside manner. When I asked questions about other treatment options, I was shut down and made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. Dr. Lee is fabulous
I always get fabulous care from Dr. Lee she is awesome.
I've had the best care for my pain hands down from all the Dr.s, Physical Therapist, Acupuncture Dr.s and staff! I've been coming here for 2 years and I know the only reason I am still mobile and able to manage my pain without narcotics is due to God and His leading me to Meta. It's been a long road and still a healing journey but I couldn't do it without them!!!
Unprofessional and rude receptionist This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The receptionist forgot to schedule my follow-up appointment, and when I called to ask about it, she acted like it never happened no apology, no responsibility. Now, she not even answer my calls. Completely unacceptable behavior at a front desk.
