Terrible
Pro: a sizeable cheap apt. Cons: building is infested with roaches, mice, and bed bugs. The exterminators they hire are the least effective I have ever seen. The maintenance personnel made unwanted sexual advances towards me while alone in my home. It takes a month to have any of the ineffective "maintenance" done if they even send anyone at all.
These people own properties in my neighborhood that are blighted and covered in garbage. No respect for the neighborhood. Many L&I violations.
