A very good first experience. The place was clean and welcoming.
We've used Mess Maid Right NW for a couple of on-demand cleanings. Their online booking is nice and convenient, and their cleaning staff has always been friendly and professional. We had a pair of cleaners by the house yesterday, and they went out of their way to be helpful in a couple of ways, including replacing a piece of silicone trim on a shower door that had fallen off days prior. Easy recommendation!
They clean well but don't take care with your items. On multiple occasions I had handmade knick knacks that were essentially destroyed after cleaning. Even worse, the parts to even attempt to repair them were disposed of. The cleaning staff did not appear to report any damages to the front office (or to me when I was home in the other room) and the woman who responded to me when I reported the situation in frustration was passive aggressive and did not seem to care. Made an online appointment with this company and prepaid for a move out cleaning. They cancelled the morning of our appointment 30 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Completely messed up our whole move out process!! DO NOT RELY ON THEM!!
I had been booked with Mess Maid for weekly cleaning with ETA btw 1130am/130pm which is very up to them at what time to show up, twice they showed up an hour prior the designated time of arrival — I canceled. Plus the cleaning could’ve been done better. I give it a 3 out of 5 for the cleaning.
